Energy Efficiency Measures Installed
- Air sealed attic and added cellulose insulation to R-52 total.
- Installed bath fan with timer and vented to outside.
- Installed closed-cell spray foam insulation in exposed band sill and dense pack insulation in end band joist bays.
- Owner removed sheetrock and fiberglass from non-renovated portion of basement walls, Building Energy installed 3" of closed-cell spray foam.
- Air sealed wall between garage and house.
- Replaced door from finished space to attached garage with new insulated metal fire-rated door with weather stripping.

- Air leakage reduced by 53%.
- Estimated 35% reduction in heating energy savings.
